International Research.
When giving advice, naturally having access to information is the very foundation for all brokers. Feldwick has access to an extensive library and the technical staff of Loss Management International (LMI).
Additionally, as members of IBANZ (Professional Body for NZ Brokers) we can access the NZ databases and liaise with members throughout NZ.

International Support
In the event of a large claim or perhaps an event not commonly encountered, we have access to LMI specialist staff including legal support to assist preparing claims. They can be engaged to liaise directly with insurance companies to ensure correct decisions are made.
Professional and Ongoing Training.
Both Senior Brokers at Feldwick have obtained the Authorised Financial Status. It is believed our brokers were the first “general” Insurance Brokers to reach this level in NZ. As part of maintaining this qualification, ongoing professional training must be maintained.
